Nut Crunch Topping

































This stuff is so amazingly versatile! You can eat it with a handful of raisins when you just can't shake that snacking mood or top many sweet treats with it.  You will see it in many of my recipes!

Nut Crunch Topping

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup each - pecans, walnuts and almonds
  • 1/2 cup Medjool Dates
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
 Directions:
  1. Place nuts in a food processor and blend until you have small chopped pieces (about 15 seconds)
  2. Add pitted dates, coconut sugar, vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Blend until a sticky meal is formed.
