Garlic and Herb Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 TBSP Ghee
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh Basil, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme, chopped fine
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh Cracked Pepper
Directions:
Mince garlic and chop herbs fine.

Whisk eggs and coconut milk together.  Season with Sea Salt and Pepper.

Melt ghee over medium heat in small skillet.  Sauté garlic and herbs for 1 minute.

Add egg and milk to skillet and give it all a good quick stir to mix everything up. Now leave it alone until the bottom has slightly browned, about 2 minutes.

Stir and continue cooking until eggs are set and fully cooked.  Yummo!  This will make 1 serving.  I have faith you good people know how to double or even quadruple this recipe despite the fact that  Common Core wasn't around when we were in school.
