Ingredients:
- 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
- 1 Summer Squash
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 TBSP fresh Itallian Parsley chopped
- 1 TBSP fresh Thyme chopped
- Sea Salt and fresh cracked Pepper to taste
- Melt coconut oil over medium heat
- Add remaining ingredients and sauté until it begins to become translucent (about 10 minutes) stirring often to prevent scorching.
