Simply Herb Squash

































Ingredients:
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
  • 1 Summer Squash
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 TBSP fresh Itallian Parsley chopped
  • 1 TBSP fresh Thyme chopped
  • Sea Salt and fresh cracked Pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Melt coconut oil over medium heat
  2. Add remaining ingredients and sauté until it begins to become translucent (about 10 minutes) stirring often to prevent scorching.
