This is my new favorite chicken marinade. It is incredibly quick and easy to mix up, dump in a zip lock with your chicken and throw in the fridge before you leave for the morning. The marinade is similar to a zesty Italian dressing but with a few minor changes that make a big impact!
Italian Herb Chicken

Ingredients:
- 3 TBSP White Wine Vinegar
- 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Avocado Oil
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 cloves Garlic; minced
- 1 tsp dried Thyme
- 1 tsp dried Basil
- 1 tsp dried Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh cracked Black Pepper
- 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place chicken breasts in a gallon size zip lock bag.
- Add marinade to chicken.
- Toss in the fridge for 4 or more hours (I left mine in for 8 hours).
- Place each chicken breast on the grill or cast iron grill plate for the stove top. Carefully top each breast with left over marinade from the bag.
- Grill chicken 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
